My son saw the tattoo and liked it very much, ...Hi,<br />My son saw the tattoo and liked it very much, starting asking lots of questions about Scythians. So we went to the Wikipedia page on Scythians and saw a stone carving with the same motif as the tattoo. He takes one look and identifies the "beak" as a face covering on the horse, like a harness. He has to be right.
